We are a group of very diverse people (young, old, different ethnic backgrounds, church backgrounds, etc.) who are not perfect and do make mistakes, but have a common vision and purpose which is "to send out discipled and equipped servants into the communities of the world." We have trained thousands of people over the past 21 years who are making an impact from Des Moines, IA to Katmandu, Nepal.

We believe that all of us as staff are part of the discipleship, training, equipping and sending that takes place here. There is no insignificant position here at YWAM Montana. We take pride and put resources towards all ministry positions here.

Culinary Arts

If you love to cook and want training in the culinary arts, then YWAM Montana's kitchen and staff need and want your contribution.

Administration

If you are passionate about numbers and/or administrative tasks, then our admin team would consider it a privilege to have you come and join us.

Discipleship

If you desire to be hands-on with students in a discipleship capacity, we run 14 schools that are looking for staff who love to serve our students.

Critical Services/Practical Skills

If you are gifted at working in areas like facility maintenance, grounds keeping, carpentry, graphic arts, asthetics or construction, our Critical Services team may be the team for you.

Sports & Performing Arts

If you are gifted in Sports or Arts, we have a creative community and the resources to build upon your gifts while we serve together to fulfill the vision and purpose of the Kingdom of God.

Our top needs are listed on the website, but please let us know if you have an interest in any area that you don't see listed. Our Personnel Manager will be ready to help walk you through the process of applying for Full-time Staff, Project Staff or Mission Builders.
