YWAM Scramble

The YWAM Scramble is YWAM Lakeside’s annual fund raising event for our significant capital projects and international scholarships, while providing a day of fun and great prizes for Golf-A-thon participants, potentially including you!
The YWAM Scramble 2008 is scheduled for August 19, at the Polson Country Club in beautiful Polson, Montana. Our golfers enjoy an on-the-links lunch, superb dinner at the awards banquet, green fees and cart rental for the day along with thousands of dollars in donated prizes! Some of the prizes last year included: 27” flat screen t.v., IPOD Nano, digital camera, full size BBQ, King Cobra drivers, Odyssey putters, Bosch tools and much more. You also have a chance to win a new car if you make a hole in one.
In the past eleven golf-a-thons, approximately 357 golfers have raised over $223,500 in support and sponsorship for YWAM. In addition, over $96,000 worth of prizes and gifts donated by businesses were awarded to those who participated. Everyone came away a winner! Players often comment on how much fun they had in playing what was one of the best organized and carried out events they’d ever participated in. So here’s your chance to join us in an incredibly fun fund raising event. For those who register online, you will be entered into a drawing for a new putter valued at over $100.

Don’t let the $800 sponsorship amount discourage you from participating. By starting now and with the help outlined in the Player’s Packet which we will send to you, you can do it. It’s not that hard and doesn’t take near the time you think it will. Just try it! You really will have fun and come away with some great prizes too. Begin contacting sponsors early.
