Interest Tracks

Here in Montana we run, what we call, the “All-Inclusive DTS”. We added something extra by supplementing our regular DTS curriculum with dedicated interest topics, or “tracks” that enable students to focus on a particular topic or vocation within the discipleship and ministry theme. Tracks exists to provide an opportunity for you to use your gifts, talents and passions to serve the Kingdom. Each DTS we run offers 3-5 track options.

What are you passionate about? Come and be a part of YWAM Montana’s distinctive DTS program which is made unique by a “Track” experience.

What does this mean?

In addition to the standard DTS curriculum, we offer an opportunity for you to develop the gifts and talents within you, learning how to use what God has laid on your heart to build the Kingdom. Whether it’s the performing arts, fine arts, construction, education, youth ministry, sports, business or community development; we will do what we can to help you discover why God has given you these passions and what you can do to use your specific areas of interest to inject a godly influence into every arena of society.

How does it work?

Each quarter, we are able to offer different ‘tracks’ (or electives) from which you can choose to participate. When you choose a track, (unfortunately, you can only choose one!) you will be given time each week to devote to your area of interest alongside like-minded students and qualified staff who will lead you in your pursuit. Our aim and desire is for each student to find their niche in our call to advance the gospel throughout the world.

What tracks are offered?

The following is a list of the varying tracks we can offer at YWAM Montana. Unfortunately, we cannot offer every track during every DTS. Additionally, the format in which the tracks are offered varies from school to school. The following tracks are offered (options vary with each school):
