The goal of the Project Staff position is twofold. The first is to give people an opportunity to experience short-term missions. The other is to provide opportunity to participate in the support of Youth With A Mission’s ongoing training and evangelism ministries. Our desire is to give a hands-on opportunity to express one’s gifts and talents and allow them to see the building of the Kingdom of God through their efforts. We try to place Project Staff in a working environment that suits their abilities and desires, and help meet the current needs in our support ministry areas as well. Project Staff get to work alongside our long-term staff and develop meaningful relationships that will give you insight into full time service. One may serve as project staff for 1 to 6 months.
