Mission Builder Opportunities
Our top needs are listed below, but please let us know if you have an interest in any area that you don’t see listed. Our Personnel Manager will be ready to help walk you through the process of applying for Full-time Staff, Project Staff or Mission Builders.
We have positions open in everything from office help to food services to maintenance. You will be placed in a working environment that suits your abilities and desires, helping us to meet our current staff needs. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our long-term staff and develop meaningful relationships, gaining insight into full-time service. As a Mission Builder, you may serve for a term of 2 weeks to 3 months after which time we encourage you to consider becoming involved in one of our Discipleship Training Schools.

Kitchen
We believe that quailty and healthy food is as relevant to the Kingdom of God as any other resource in our organization. If you are interested in nutrition or culinary arts, the kitchen has a place for you.
Administration
Our Administration office supports the students and staff at YWAM Lakeside, as well as our Global Partners.
Discipleship
If you desire to be hands-on with students in a discipleship capacity, we run 14 schools that are looking for staff who love to serve our students.
Critical Services
Areas like Facility Maintenance, Grounds Keeping, Carpentry, Communications, I.T., Facility Aesthetics, Construction, and Automotive/Transportation are looking for committed and inspired staff.
Sports & Performing Arts
If you are gifted in Sports or Arts, we have a creative community and the resources to build upon your gifts while we serve together to fulfill the vision and purpose of the Kingdom of God.
